Just a few MPs of BJP understand English. I think only Praful Patel and Suresh Gopi are fluent in English. Forget Modi, he cannot understand anything, he can only read from a teleprompter which is written in Hindi, even when he gives a speech in English, which is rare, the text is written in Hindi in the teleprompter
