The honeycomb helps mostly with burnmarks on the underside of what you are cutting. Using the honeycomb, the fumes can escape instead of discolouring your workpiece.

That too - didn't mention that. Cuts are much clearer as fumes get blown away more easily!!! Thanks for reminding me 😉👍

Good finds, i do like all my devices to not be connected to the cloud. I use sonoff only if i can flash it wit esphome etc. Once again thanks for the video.

Currently testing those 2 new Sonoff Zigbee devices - that's why I prefer Zigbee (or BLE) as it doesn't need cloud and no need to change firmware.

@@BeardedTinker I use zigbee to for sensors and plugs for switches i tested some tuya and an athom that comes with tasmota, i dont like the quality of the Athom 3Gang Switch. At the moment i think will use normal switches with shelly or sonoff mini etc.

Just take surface swabs and send in to your nearest reliable medical lab for culture and sensitivity. Cheaper and easier solution.

sonoff device... 4kw... probably peak? Would you trust to have even just half of that load, let's say a heater of 2kw, constant turned on connected to it? Otherwise 4kw is just a jimmick...

agree i have Zigbee Aqara ones they max at 10a even runnung 500w on them they get really hot. My best is Develco zigbees they are rated at 16a peak but still gets really hot at low loads.

Shelley rated at 16A burned with 100W load. Any electric load on any device can kill it. But that's a good point. I don't have anything thats pulling even close to that much W so can't test it with more than 2000W. Another question is what materials are used for the enclosure, so that if it does burn, will it keep flaming or stop possible fire.

Any device gets got with high W/A. Just check oven wire - standard wire if it gets got after baking something.

omg gan charger for under 3 euros, that must be suuuper dodgy. A good chinese gan charger like Ugreen will run you 35+ eur. Dont burn down your house bro

These are "Choice" devices that usually have very low price for very short time - same item costs much more out of Choice sale. Thanks for the tip!!!
