This was very helpful but I have an issue. In my example I am trying to send a letter to a Next of Kin with a list of people who donated to their deceased loved one. On page one I have the letter and on page two I have the listing of donors who gave to the deceased person. The first person in my excel data file works perfectly but the second person is missing the first donor in my excel data file. Is there something I am doing wrong my formula.

Thank you so much Emile, for the very helpful video. I was able to run runt he same merge on my data, but I found an error that I cant fix. would you be able to help me? The next IF is not working properly for the next record, it always skips the first row for each user in my sheet!!
