Yes, I felt this in the game, it happens because of lack of energy. But here I wanted to move fast, auto attack and then E, but had a little delay. I don't know if it's a bug at Akali, but there are situations when strange things occur when you use her spells. For example, when I fought against Hecarim, he threw me in the back exactly when I used E, and after 2 seconds I was able to use E again. I have a short video showing this.
