✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For Chana Chikki:
* Roasted Chickpeas(मूंगफली)
* Sugar(चीनी) - 3/4 Cup
* Ghee (घी) - 1 Spoon
For Meva Chikki:
* Cashew Nut (काजू) -1/4 Cup
* Almond (बादाम) - 1/4 Cup
* Coconut (नारियल) - 1/2 Cup
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - 1 Tbsp
* Poppy Seed (खसखस) - 1/2 Cup
* Cardamom (इलाइची ) - 4
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 8-10
* Ghee (घी) - 1 Spoon
* Sugar(चीनी) - 3/4 Cup
For Dry Fruit Chikki:
* Dry Fruits (सूखे मेवे) - Some
* Ghee (घी) - 1 Spoon
* Sugar(चीनी) - Some
For Murmura Gur Patti:
* Puffed Rice/Laai(मुरमुरे/लाई) - 3 Cup
* Roasted Peanut (मूंगफली) - Some
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1-1.5 Cup
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 250 Gram
* Water (पानी) - 1 Tbsp

✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐢, in a pan add Ghee, and Sugar. Stir continuously until Sugar gets dissolved and turn golden in color. Then turn the flame off and add roasted Gram and mix well. Put the mixture on a greased rolling board. Roll it thin & give it any shape and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐢, in a pan add Ghee, Cashew Nuts, Almonds, Pistachio, Dry Coconut, Poppy Seeds, Green Cardamom, and Black Pepper. Roast well and take them out on a plate. In a pan add Ghee, Sugar and Sugar. Stir continuously until Sugar gets dissolved and turn golden in color. Then turn the flame off and add roasted Dry Fruits and mix well. Put the mixture on a greased rolling board. Roll it thin & give it any shape and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐢, in a pan add Ghee, Sugar and Sugar. Stir continuously until Sugar gets dissolved and turn golden in color. Then turn the flame off and add finely chopped Dry Fruits and mix well. Put the mixture on a greased rolling board. Roll it thin & give round shape and enjoy!
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐤𝐢, roast Puffed Rice/Laai/Murmura on a slow flame. Take it out into a separate bowl. In the same pan, add Ghee and Jaggery. Cook on a slow flame till the Jaggery melts. Check the consistency of the Jaggery by putting some drops of it in water. Then add Baking Soda, Murmura/Lai, roasted Peanut, Desiccated Coconut, Cardamom Powder, and Pistachio. Then keep it cool cut it into square pieces and enjoy! In this way, 4 types of Chikki will be ready at home.
𝐓𝐢𝐩:
Keep the Chikki in a plastic bag.
Store it in an air-tight container and enjoy it for a long time.
