Thank you su much for this advice! I was diagnosed with hereditary angioedema (HAE) after my one and only dose of Pfizer vaccine after having a bad reaction that caused me to have facial swelling and a headache that lasted constantly for one month, slowly dissipating over three months. I tried turmeric, which is supposed to a good anti-inflammatory, but had no success. I developed bursitis. I asked my local health food shop to help. They advised fish oil and I've been well on the road to recovery since! Thank you for advising this for everyone! I suggest everyone try these things who has inflammation. ❤

Or, maybe drink 3 cups of green tea a day, make a daily smoothie of grapes, blueberries, strawberries, and tumeric (to get a cocktail of rich polyphenols that include cucurmin). Eat a daily salad containing onions and broccoli sprouts for even more antioxidant compounds and sprinkle a tablespoon of chia or flax or hemp seeds on the salad to get your Omega-3. Now you don't need the supplements because you're eating the right diet to combat inflammation. I would also add a cooked meal daily containing differing varieties of mushrooms including Lion's Mane (or Lion's Mane mushroom powder in your soups, casseroles, lentil dishes, etc.). Mushrooms are a food with powerful brain and nerve supporting agents and promote healing of nerves and growth of brain tissue.

@leewilliams2310 - The body will convert what it needs from ALA apparently based on on-going research. Omega-3 is not even known if it's a necessary nutrient. The biological information on omega-3 is very early. The science is far from certain.
