Love Somerset County! Snowmobiled through it a decent amount. Supposed to be some of the best syrup in the US.

Definitely a full time job. But they also do not need to haul sap. That makes for more complexity. Additional equipment and personnel and time.

I really didn't get much from Jackman. The drive up was beautiful. But I didn't film anything in Jackman to tell a story worth watching.
