I had tickets for an afternoon shuttle, i made it to Chatham before i heard the news. It's a shame but I really hope I can be on another one!

Great video mate. Tender to tender K classes would of been awesome to see! It's ashame the rest of the shuttles had to be cancled.

It's weird that it even happened at all. They've run shuttles with that rolling stock on that line before.

@@Falkirion looking at this video, I couldn't see how the "issue" occurred at all. There seemed to be plenty of clearance between the roof of the carriages and the overhead wires.

Lovely video. Just out of interest do these locos use any parts from the rod 2-8-0s that went over after ww1 as the boilers look very similar
