Mais 2021 : Op een stormachtige dag zijn we op bezoek gegaan bij een hakselteam van Loonbedrijf Frieling, die hard aan t werk zijn voor een Biogas Installatie. De mais word aan de rand van t veld gelost, en geladen via een Ropa machine in klaarstaande vrachtwagens. De wind is vandaag nogal sterk dus sommige geluidsfragmenten zijn matig. Gehakseld word er met een John Deere 8600i met een 12 rijen bek. Voor transport op t veld hebben we een John Deere 7530 en John Deere 6215R met Jan Veenhuis kippers. Een gemodificeerde ROPA L8.220 raapt de mais van het veld en transporteert het in gereedstaande Mercedes vrachtwagens. Op de kuil staat een dikke Claas Xerion 5000 met Holaras blad om de mais te verdelen.
Mais 2021 : An einem stürmischen Tag haben wir ein besuch gebracht bei ein Häcksel team von Lohnunternehmen Frieling, die hart an die arbeit sind fur eine Biogasanlage. Den mais wird am Feldrand abgeladen, und dan verladen auf wartende LKW`s. Der wind ist heute ziemlich stark, einige Soundclips sind also mittelmäßig.Gehäckselt wird mit ein John Deere 8600i und 12 reihen gebiss. Fur das transport auf das feld sehen wir ein John Deere 7530 und ein John Deere 6215R mit Jan Veenhuis kippers. Ein geänderte ROPA L8.220 hebt den mais vom feld und transportiert es auf die Mercedes LKW`s. Auf die miete steht ein fetter Claas Xerion 5000 mit ein Holaras schild.
Maize / Corn 2021 : On a stormy day, we visited a harvest team from Contractor Frieling which are working hard to supply a Biogas Installation. The maize gets unloaded on the edge of the field, and then loaded through a Ropa Machine in waiting trucks. The wind is quite loud today, so some soundclips maybe a little bad. The corn is harvested by a John Deere 8600i with 12 row cutter. The transportation on the field is done by a John Deere 7530 and a John Deere 6215R with Jan Veenhuis wagens. A modified ROPA L8.220 picks up the corn from the field and transports it into the waiting Mercedes trucks. On the silage pit we see a Bad-ass Claas Xerion 5000 with a Holaras blade.

Really nice video!!! One question: How are you doing the drone shots with fitting sound? Because I know the drone can't record sound, but it's always fitting so perfect that it siunds like, that the drone is recording it.

in europe its still uncommon to have big amounts of trucks available for harvest so people take the middleground of using available tractors in the field for all terrain stuff and then the crop is loaded onto semis for far transport with wheelloader or one of these ropa machines

Customer especially said no trucks on the field , to prevent soil compaction , plus the chopper can run the whole time without stopping with less manpower needed

@@Trisix939 Is there really a relevant difference in soio compaction between those 2 Tractors and the Semi Trucks? We use smaller Tractors and especially smaller Trailers instead of those heavy JD and Trailers, only this way you really minimize soil compaction by a relevant factor. And we load our Trucks with a Wheel Loader, and only tip in a small spot to minimize dirt in the silage. I am not sure how much dirt you get into your silage with your machine, but you either take up dirt or leave quite some silage on the ground on your very long tipping area.

@@vimp8772 quite a big difference , especially if it's a customers wish . Plus the chopper is able to keep going , if there are no trucks near , or Stück in Breaktime .

@@Trisix939 Customs wishes aside, i dont see such a big difference when your loaded tractor is nearly as heavy as a loaded Truck. And your argument "no waiting time for the chopper because there could be not enough trucks" is bullshit, because it doesnt matter if you load directly or with da Ropa Maus onto the trucks, you need the same amount of trucks either way. Directly could even be better when you can also use your two tractors for transport, or at least let those 2 drivers drive 2 additional trucks.

I do not know exactly i think this is their standard operation, i think these semi's are not very comfortable on the fields.

These soils are very susceptible to compaction, so the owners of those fields often don't want trucks driving on them.

Interessant, dass es sich lohnt ein Spezialfahrzeug für die Beladung der LKW zu nutzen, statt direkt von den Traktorgespannen auf die LKW umzuladen. Macht das noch was anderes außer die LKW zu beladen?

Ich weiss nicht ob man die maschinen auch umbsuen kann. Jedoch weiss ich das ropa auch rüben mäuse mscht. Lb das die gleichen sind die einfach umgebaut werden. Keine Ahnung

Der Xerion war ein biest, geil mal so nah an diese mashine zu stehen. Der 7530 macht ordentlich sound.

2020 habe ich auf der Anlage noch mitgewalzt, aber die haben sich wohl gesagt so'n 6175R macht neben dem Xerion den Braten auch nicht Fett😅

Почему самосвалы и трактроры сразу не отвозят массу на трамбовку? Для чего нужен перегрузчик? Это потери массы, загрязнение её землей и простой самосвалов на погрузке Бесполезная работа!
