Here I am at 84 crying like I did in 1955-1960 on my first stint in the Navy without my high school sweetheart.. Only males on ship then and I wanted my girl. Got out of the 50's and finally got my girl-wife and we have been togehter since May 1960. This music bring me to tears, laughs and still thrills my soul. Thank for putting this collection together.

I like this or just love and know it because my dad [okay] went to "Normal university music school] during 50 and 60s and taught and listened to their oldies when I was born in 1967. As alternative to medical school, and grown up in military school. That's how I know and love these oldies. He was also my guitar teacher I'd been learning since about age 2 and I love company B, and I appreciate them very much and very happy I'm alive and you are always ❤️ to be a great person a Christian person who knows what happened to me saying that its all been a long hard time. I was born in 2009 and I have a very weird music taste. I love drum and bass, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, stuff from the early 2000s and the stuff we've got being made now. It's so weird. I also like, some songs like, take me home country roads, my old man's a dustman, house of the rising sun, but then I also like, bru c, Eminem, Shakira, Nickelback, acdc. So basically I'll listen to alot of things 😅

I, the youngest of 3 quite older cousins and a Sister am a 1943 borner from İstanbul Turkey. We all grew up Listening to these songs, some even dancing to them with their dates. Frankly speaking the soft pop music of the fifties, sixties and even seventies are far more cooler and better than those we've been hearing during the last 40 years or so (with limited exceptions). Thank you so much for presenting such nice Oldies but Goldies.

I really don’t think that’s the case. There’s a place and time for each time period and genre. There’s so much to choose from now a days including the classics. Music was a lot better back then but it was more narrow of a scope of selection.
