Kurzer Ausschnitt von der Maisernte 2021 nach dem Wiederzusammenbau des MF 188. Der Schlepper lief dabei insgesamt über 20 Betriebsstunden: vollkommen Problemlos!
...lediglich knapp 200 Liter Diesel mussten nachgefüllt werden ;)

Der MF 188 ist ein sehr guter Traktor ein Sauger mit 4065 Liter Hubraum Ich habe selber einen MF 188 Baujahr 1972

perkins a4.248, lovely sound! i like the mods on this 188! i see the quick linkages to the lower arms, and what is that thing on the side of the fuel pump, wired with those blue wires? is it a electric fuel switch for turn off the tractor by the key, without pulling the factory stop lever?

i just see the video, the guy stopped the tractor pulling the stock lever, so i don't think what that thing is

Thanks for your feedback! On the injection pump there is a kind of magnetic coil which reduces the speed in 3rd High gear to around 1600 engine revolutions. So the tractor only runs 23 km/h, which is not unimportant in Austria, because from 25 km/h you have to go to the workshop every year to have a "sticker check". The previous owner has already paralyzed this coil and increased the maximum speed to 2300 revolutions. With the bigger wheels it runs about 38 km/h

@@HeRoNr00 oh, so that coil is a smart way to get around the law obstacles! Well done man😉💪🏻 here in Italy tractors have a speed limit of 40km/h but nobody check tractors' speed, there isn't a strict regulation about them.. Some 100 series masseys get the 3rd and the 4th gear changed here, they reach 50-55 km/h😉
