The most stunning properties i have seen are expansive bangalows. With sprawling gardens.... they are more rare to see nowadays, large bungalows , small ones are also charming more than story houses.

Though you can install a lift. Coz a lift cost versus land ....lift will be cheaper

Would have prudent if clear definition of the two were given at the initial stage of the discussion. What is a Massionate. What is a bungalow. While on it kindly talk about tiles roofing concrete, clay, plastic cost, load, environmental friendly etc
