प्रतिबर्ष फ्रेंड्स ऑफ़ इंडिया इवेंट्स के माध्यम सं दीपावली उत्सव केर आयोजन दुबई में होइत अछि. एकटा उच्च कोटि के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मंच पर सामूहिक नृत्य के माध्यम सं भारत के विभिन्न भागक कलाक प्रदर्शन हजारों दर्शकक उपस्थिति में होइछ. पैछिला बेर दर्शक दीघा में बैसि क आनंद लेलहुँ. परन्तु एकटा चीज अखरल जे छल सम्पूर्ण कार्यक्रम में मिथिलाक अनुपस्थिति. एहि बेर आदरणीय सहदेव यादवजी सं चर्चाक अवसर भेटल आ कम समय रैहितो आनन फानन में मिथिलानी आ बचिया सभके समूह श्री मुकुलजीक मार्गदर्शन में झिझिया नृत्य के तैयारी करय लागल. १८ अक्टूबर २०१९ क जखन मंच सं माता जानकी आ मिथिला के गुणगानक पश्चात् झिझिया नृत्य के भव्य प्रदर्शन भेल त मोन गदगद भेल. संगहि कार्यक्रम में बिहार, नेपाल आ पूर्वोत्तर भारत के गरिमामय उपस्थिति दर्ज भेल. सभके संगे बाल कलाकार सभके विशेष धन्यवाद. अहू सं बेसी दू टा महिला कलाकार के जे विवाहोपरांत मैथिल भेलैथि. हमरा लेल अतिरिक्त प्रशन्नता के विषय जे हमर पत्नी आ पुत्री सेहो भाग लेलीह. गर्व अछि अहाँ सभ पर. ऐगिला बेर मिथिलाक महत्ताके अहू सं नीक प्रदर्शन होयत. ओतबे इच्छा, प्रणाम.

At a glittering international stage, Friends of India Events organise Deepavali Utsav in Dubai every year. Thousands of people watch different cultures of India through folk dances illustrating our unity in diversity. I, thoroughly, enjoyed the programme last year. However, I was not satisfied to observe nonparticipation from Mithila. Fortunately, got an opportunity to discuss with Shri Sahdev Yadav ji and a small group was formed to illustrate Jhijhiya folk dance of Mithila under able guidance of Shri Mukul ji. On 18th Oct 2019, when the dance was nicely performed after a brief introduction of Mata Janaki and Mithila region, we felt so proud. This folk dance also represented Nepal, Bihar and North Eastern part of India. Thanks to the participants and people involved in supporting directly or indirectly. Special thanks to child artists and two participants who became Maithils after marriage. As a personal achievement for me, my wife and daughter also participated in the folkdance. You made all of us proud. Next year, we hope to do even better by depicting Mithila’s greatness.
