8:29 這是滷牛肉塊的等級了，這哪還是肉燥😅😅。反觀台北一堆沒良餐廳，應是把肉燥說成滷肉。中南部就比較實在。肉燥歸肉燥，滷肉歸滷肉。

31:25 "30 Yuan per Catty" -- was that the price for the raw chicken or the price for spicy chicken dish?? If that was the price for the raw chicken, that was about the per pound price for a whole chicken without giblet. One Catty is equal to 1.323 pounds. Using the current exchange rate, "30 Yuan per Catty" is equivalent to $3.11 USD per pound (30 Yuan ÷ 7.28 Yuan per USD ÷ 1.323 pounds per Catty ≈ $3.11 USD per pound ). Most of the time, that is about the per pound price for a whole chicken without giblet in the U.S. I also wonder how the chicken was raised. Was it fed fodder made of genetically modified/engineered plant crops, or did it grow up in an organic diet?? If the chicken had grown up on an organic diet, even if "30 Yuan per Catty" was the price for the raw chicken, that was still a damn good deal. Anyway, the spicy chicken looked delicious. I don't like spicy food, but that spicy chicken was really mouthwatering. 😄 The noodle dishes at the beginning of the video looked delectable and appetizing as well. Great content! 👍
