@irvinetitanium that is the type of thing I hear from people who have abused people all the time. She only needs to do what she needs in order to heal. For some people that does not include ever speaking to the abuser again. For some people it means going and telling them that they as the victim are letting go of the pain, but not forgiving the abuser. For some people it is telling the abuser that they forgive them. The only thing that matters is what the victim needs to do in order to heal. To me it looks like she has done that and formed good and healthy relationships with the non-abusive men in her life.

@@celinamilian some things cannot be forgiven. Soon as he abused he lost the title as father. As for her not gaining anything? Sorry but will disagree with that. Hey I’ve got some really great news to share with you, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on a cross and resurrected on the third day so you may all have eternal life. If you believe and repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Him as you would a parachute jumping off a plane at 25000 feet up in the air, He will give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift and I promise you, He will change your life forever as He did mine. He is the ONLY way to heaven and He loves you all. Please think deeply about this with urgency because this is your eternal life and soul, you don’t know when you could die, meaning you could die at any moment, so please consider this with all your heart. If anyone tells you that Jesus isn’t the only way, they are lying to you and they don’t care about your future.

This girl did what I wasn't able to do, when I was 15. I finally escaped at 17 after a brutal beating in my junior year in H.S. to my brother's home 8 hrs away. I finished my Senior year away from my parents. I worked and supported myself without anyone's help after I graduated. I am a survivor. I later forgave my parents and even financially supported them and took care of them when they were sick. I am so happy for this beautiful girl who got the help and support she definitely deserves. God bless these honorable good men.
