I don't get the debate. From my point of view it's pretty clear that Alex is the winner. Better technique, very clear, good musicality, changing levels. I think mostly the technique made the difference. It's not enough to feel what you are doing, you need to understand what you doing and Alex does that beautifuly

This definitely needed another round, one round battles are so bleh IMO. Alex was in killmode the whole time and it showed. I'm not a huge fan of his as I find that when he's not on the ground he seems a bit limited, but that's just me. He killed this competition and is a dope dancer.

Because when we talk about freestyle hip hop dance criteria, you have to take care of basics/foundation that come from the old school Era and Alex is just a master in that/ majid basically didn't do anything from the old school. You have to consider new school/evolution and Alex didn't seem to do less or worse than majid (better than majid imo) and btw he dance up - mid-floor. musicality wise majid didn't go that well in the first part, then we got style/flow and Alex has improved a lot even in that. He clearly won this one and you people better go study before you talk this nonsense. Go check the battle between Alex and Joseph go (all around grand Master) and pay attention to what Alex said: I'll go back to practice. He acknowledged the gap between him and Joseph go in musicality , old school skills wise, flow etc.

Giulio Moncada Alex connected better to the music, simple as that. There’s no such things as old school/new school skills. And both dancers here have strong foundations, just different styles.

I solved it. If you think Alex won, you listened more to the lyrics, than to the beat. If you think Majid totally outclassed Alex, you focused more on the beat than the lyrics. I liked Majid more here, but it's hip hop, so I guess it's more about the lyrics.

OMG I tough I'm the only one to think that. I can't feel no energy from Alex moves, and even if he's precise and fluid, ha has a very generic style, nothing crazy in terms of originality and creativity. I'm not saying he's bad dancer, he's definitely good, but not that good as people seem to think, at least in my eyes.

Yes, finally! I find him so boring. Though I don't agree about Icee - his flow makes his rounds a joy to watch but I think he gets repetitive at times though not criminally repetitive.
