The Late Late Show with James Corden

James Corden kicks off an episode that will feature Tracy Morgan and Kings of Leon, which reminds him of a night he and executive producer Ben Winston went to a concert and Ben accidentally punched James in the face during "Sex On Fire." After, James recaps the headlines including President Joe Biden addressing the nation in primetime, but it's unlikely he'll comment on one of his dogs being sent to the dog house for biting security staff. And the show goes on quite a tangent when the 2021 Olympics comes up.

I work with dogs everyday. I know that secret service agents are usually over 6 feet tall...I know that he came around a corner apparently unexpected...it startled major, who is adjusting to a new environment, and major barked and lunged in response. This is all normal, and just an unfortunate situation. No person or dogs fault.

Love the dogs. Any dog would have a difficult time with strangers.Rather have the dogs than the strangers, was not given enough time to get used to all the people, I hope the dogs were treated well.

Every dog owner in America has forgiven Major & wants to shower him with treats. Because, no - he couldn't have "killed a man" lol, he nipped at a security guard that startled him - he is a rescue in a strange place with SO MANY PEOPLE. He must've been hella stressed. Security guard is fine.

My Chocolate Lab (RIP) used to go absolutely crazy when the UPS guy would bring packages to my house. This was 15 years ago. He didn’t even blink at the mailman. After he did it 3 times, I immediately stopped having deliveries to my house and started sending them to my office. No lie. To this day. I don’t know why, but I trusted him, and I stopped the deliveries.🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I was watching TV one night and he goes full on bark, trying to get out the sliding door. When I turned on the lights the back fence door was wide open. Police said he saved us from being another in a string of robberies. Best lab mutt ever.

Thing is with Seth, Fallon & Colbert some of us have been following their careers for literally decades on other shows or movies. Even with Kimmel, he's been on FOREVER. James blew everyone away with how well he did from the start as a newcomer! He's been fire since day 1!! Edit: just checked & yeah... Started watching: Kimmel on Ben Stein's Money in 1998 Colbert on Strangers with Candy & Fallon on SNL in 1999 Seth also on SNL in 2001. I am old and they are legends. I bet across the pond the same is true for James, he has like 45 Emmys or something? lol

Trust the dog’s instincts.... he must not have been introduced to that person by a trusted family member. German Shepherds are serious about protecting their family members - very intelligent dogs known for their watchfulness. There’s good reason they have been serving as guard dogs for over a century....

yeah, dogs are pretty smart. They have a brain the size of a lemon, and most of their skull is filled with muscle. A dog doesnt even have a moral sense. They dont know or care who is good or bad. Thats why many bad people, including hitler, were dog lovers. What we DO know, is that fearful people are attacked more often than confident people. Dogs are basically asshole idiot bullies. Dude, that's Champ, not Major. Major is the younger one that has darker black markings. I think dogs let you know who is not a good person. My shih tzus are sweet but if a person comes to our home and they catch a bad vibe off them, they run behind me and give me the paw. Like, "Bad person Mom! Kick them out"! They've never been wrong yet.

My grandson dog just loves everyone,when he see the school bus coming he would go crazy all the kids love him he greeted every child ad they existed the bus one morning I was out in the front yard and he had the meanest look on his face and it scared me I froze amd he took off after a man that was walking up behind me, I believe he saved me from being attacked. All am saying is Joe might want to rethink getting rid of the dogs.

That reminds me of Daniel Tosh's bit about how it's NEVER okay to hit a woman. You may need to build up a rare scenario but there IS a gray area there (for comedic purposes) and there ABSOLUTELY is one here! I've been bitten because I smelt or walked the wrong way, delivered a package AND for looking at a dog after it hit its head. No bad bites but some dogs - especially with age - can get a bit weird and where most get old and comfy, some will grow grumpy and aggressive at times. New surrounding, new people...doesn't take much to make this case PRO security guy

@@mikaelbiilmann6826 no actually it was my gf’s best friend lol, she had to come clean to her own bf and I was there having to deal with the fallout when he kicked her out and my gf told her she could crash with us. As for how she caught it, she slept with him after the gig proper groupie style lol. And by gf I mean partner lol not friend who is a girl.
