Abdulkareem Adisa also known in Local parlance as "Who build This Gada" was a Nigerian Major-General who was Military Governor of Oyo State (August 1990 - January 1992) during the military regime of Major-General Ibrahim Babangida.
He was convicted for involvement in an attempted coup against military head of state General Sani Abacha in 1997, and was on death row when Abacha died in June 1998. He was subsequently pardoned.
Do watch to get his part of his story of the most controversial coup in the history of Nigeria.

@Oputa Panel, it was Raji Rasaki that said "who build dis gada" when he was Governor of Lagos State. lol :)
@kehindeamoo6052
@kehindeamoo6052 2 жыл бұрын
That phrase "who built this gada" is not actually a bad English and I will explain myself. The then governor phrase was who built this girder and not gada as erroneously believed by many Nigerians. Pls check ur dictionary and u will agree with me that d synonyms of bridge is girder. Therefore, Raji Rasaki had not committed a grammatical error that warrant him to be sentenced for life.

Useless, uneducated counsel. The level of unprofessionalism at this panel was unfounded. Is this really how our courtrooms function?
