Im getting to the point where i feel its a scam ...its been around long enough..like why havent these casitas been given to the buyers yet it just doesnt make sense not even for a review has a buyer stayed in one ....weird ...and now the price has went up when the main seller was "affrodable housing" i was all for the main idea at the beginning but idk i feel like greed has gotten in the way it started off as affordable to stop homelessness now its all about the money if this doesnt work out hopefully someone else will do it the right way

This home really not intended to be a micro house if you take a closer look, the space is divided in half. It's more set up to be a ADU/rental, there's only one wall available if you want to add wardrobe.

Looking at the factory I think their long term plans are doable, the simple math of units per day(s) is not great, but as we see with even factories in wwii crank units out per day and it gets better.
