For everyone commenting about the kayak: 1. I went back and looked at my footage from my GoPro - I signaled where I was going and believed he saw me do that and I thought he was staying put in the area he was fishing because he didn't say anything to me to communicate otherwise. 2. I actually called Rus and talked to him about it. He thought I was deliberately cutting him off. IT'S ALL GOOD. We both agreed we each could have communicated better on the water. This is a great reminder that communication is key when sharing water on our lakes. Everyone stay safe out there and good fishing!

All well and good, but the fact you took the time to edit it to try and make him look like an ass is very troubling. No reason to do that. He’s a stand up guy. As good a person a I have ever met. The editing was petty.

Tough loss but you learn from them, just like any sport played. Can't get over how laid back Jacob is win or lose. Met him years ago, at a small bait shop doing a seminar and he has the same great attitude now, as he did then. You are a great inspiration to the younger generation. Id say it’s fair right now the lake is around 39ft low. So In the past two weeks some days are tougher than others to lock down a pattern. A point or some ledges you fish on Friday may be out of water by Sunday..

Don't worry j wills when yall come up here to Jordan in about 2 weeks the bass will be on beds and some will be pre and post spawned when I left there saturday the water was was 67 degrees and im pretty sure this weekend they will be bedding pretty good so yall should smash them and im pretty sure they r already spawning at shearon Harris because it is a little warmer than Jordan also the water is stained pretty bad right now on Jordan expecially with all the pollen on the lake

Really disappointed in Jacob Wheeler here. He jumped in front of the kayaker and tried to take his spot. Ignored him like he wasn’t there. Then edited the video to make it look the other way. The guy in the kayak was fishing a tournament worth $10,000. He should be respected like anyone on the water. You don’t own the water bro.

Oh....remember the days before Social Media when 2 people settled their own differences on the lake without all their keyboard friends bucking up because they read it on a FB group? Let it go...I fish from a kayak and bass boats are like semi's on the highway....sometimes they respect you and sometime they dont and vice versa for regular cars. Most people are a bunch of drama queens just trying to stay relevant on FB groups for exposure. If you dont like that comment your probably one of those people. That Fishing Guy I believe you. In my case it was the kayaker that was a complete dick. I got to my spot where I was anchored and fishing an hour before he got there and he just came in and started bitching about me being there and that he was in a tournament and it was more important for him to fish there than me.. I was planning on moving for him anyway but he was just a complete dick about it.
