Based on the life of real-life Hero Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, Major, the film, aims to show how this valiant soldier saved the lives of numerous hostages before being martyred by the terrorists who wreaked havoc in the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai, India on the 26th of November, 2008.

Beautiful concept! Fantastic music, melodious songs and extremely well directed with great portrayal of all the characters 👌🏻 All in all, it's absolutely amazing and a powerhouse of a performance 👏🏻 I feel it is a character driven movie rather than a hero driven one, and that's a good thing when showing such a concept.

Sesh really acted so well in this film. May be the movie should have been much better. But it's not a bad film. It's not about patriotism. It's a soldier's life. What him and his family had gone through.
