I’m confused by the term members. What if the non profit is a membership association. These members are not a part of the business. They are simply members of the association. Why do I want to have their TRN. That’s a lot of information to have on people that has to be secured which has legal implications and expenses which most volunteer organizations can’t afford.

I’m left shocked to say the least, in the united state I understand it to be annual report the fee $55 us or some where in that range, I’m understanding from the interview that not or late filing is JA one million dollars up to four persons may have to file for the same entity they’re apart of $5000 by four persons =$20.000 the company’s name can be removed and they cannot do business with assists own . I’m not aware of any such onerous requirements here in the state to do business. I am thinking of coming and investing in my home country but this have me very worried . Please I need clarification!
