Hello. Sweatcoins cannot be turned into dollars in the apps. You can download the sweat wallet and the sweatcoins will be converted to SWEAT which is the cryptocurrency for sweatcoin then in that way you can trade them for money. But I don’t recommend it now as the value of sweat is still low. What I recommend is that you refer people to be able to get the influencer hub option then you can start affiliating for the app and getting paid actually money in that way.

Keep on searching the app you will see the number of people they want you to invite in order to access the influence tab. Cash offers are different it will depends if the amount of your sweatcoins are enough to buy the cash offer that will be available at that time.
