Make a Box of Card- Holiday Gift Idea- Stam- and Chat Replay

Tonight, I made a box using a single sheet of 8 1/2" X 11" card stock. I upholstered it with patterned paper and made four cards with envelopes to match.

I don't know if you wonder whether people go back and look at older videos? I've had this saved for a year and this year I made 36 cards and 7 boxes, one box of 6 and 6 boxes of 5 cards for my family and a friend who is feeding my cat while I go away for the holidays. I hope they like them. I have to say that I appreciate your step by step instructions, especially for the box which turned out to be simple to make. Thank you and Merry Christmas! This size of box would be perfect if your gifting a silk scarf just wrap a piece of tissue paper around it first maybe even match your tissue paper colour to the box ,Katie from Scotland UK 😊

I don't save all of the ordinary bits from the cardstock, but I do save any bits and dots from sparkle or specialty paper to put in the shaker cards...Thank you for all the work you put into your videos, I appreciate it! Cindy from Winnipeg

I've made some of these boxes for card gifts also, but your instructions are so easy! And it's been an inspiration for that patterned paper! I am going to make a couple of boxes for my husband to store the cards that I give to him! They are adding up!

Once again I have revisited this tutorial and made boxes of cards for a local fair called MAGIC which is music, art and gardens in Casterton (Victoria, Australia). I am having a little stall, selling cards etc. Last year's project went down well with the family and friends. I will also make some more gift box sets for family and friends this year. Thanks again. Mountain folds and valley fold lines are the terms I always used for the sides of the scored lines.

What a great gift idea!! It would probably take me much longer to make it because I am a newbie at cardmaking, but I am sure going to give it a go as soon as I get a chance. This would make a perfect gift for my aunt who cannot go out to the stores to shop right now due to covid. She is considered high risk. I love this gift pack, I would probably make a birthday, thank you, congratulate and sympathy in my bundle. I would also cut a half of a circle on the back of the box to help open the top up more easily❤️, thanks for the inspiration! You are my go-to for elegant card inspirations❣️

Yes, I've heard daylight saving was for the farmers. It never made sense to me, the cows come in at the same time (they don't say remember daylight saving...). Working night shift, we always had an extra hour to work.

My parents who are in their 80's said it was for the politicians so they could play golf after work.I have no idea but that's what they said. I also heard something about saving energy but that never made sense either.

Germany established DST in May 1916 as a way to conserve fuel during World War I. The rest of Europe came onboard shortly thereafter. And in 1918, the United States adopted daylight saving time. In the summer, we have an extra hour of sunlight in the evenings, allowing people to spend more time outside.
