Someone did 3 weeks ago, they just didnt say floor. It can be removed and cleaned up. I'm more worried about the cat going to the toilet in that lol

I thought I was the only one! I was like, why didn't you just...put a piece of wood or something then hot glue it to that...

And the ladder that is 3 feet off the ground. Yes, hot glue can pop off, but often it will take the top layer of finish or veneer with, especially around the seems. The idea is a nice one, but you easily could have built a base to secure them too, and protect the floor from both issues. And build the ladder to a length it could reach. Also, I see the car climbing on the shelves and knocking everything down. I feel like this is for views, not really the kitten. Sorry, it is my opinion, and I know carpentry work very well.

@@bradylady2000 I think it’s not a living area, the living area are upstairs. Ground floor is garage, workshop and store room only in some country houses. She probably converted a cat room for her pet and the furniture are meant to be messed about.

Except he is almost certainly a she. Tortoiseshell cats (the black and ginger colouring) are invariably female, as the ginger is a gender-related colour found on the X chromosome only. In the rare cases where a Tortie is male, they are an XXY mutation (and almost certainly sterile).

@@crossgrainwoodproductsltd9230 It's the reason why ginger male cats are a lot more common than ginger female cats - the male only needs the one ginger gene from his mother (who could be ginger but is more likely some form of tortoiseshell), whereas a ginger female needs a ginger gene from both parents. On a side note tortoiseshell has quite a number of variations - the ginger & black varieties can be large patches of each colour (with or without varying areas of white, which is a separate genetic process) or both colours sort of 'mushed in' together to create a dark, mottled appearance. There is a paler form where the ginger is lighter and matched with grey, and also the black or grey could actually be another colour - usually tabby. Cat colourings are a fascinating subject, of which even I've only just scratched the surface (did you see what I did there?.....oh OK, I'll go now.....🤣)
