'Challenging' isthe first thing that went through my head on seeing those compound angled legs Those intro jokes that tie in with the commercial are *priceless*, I hope your sponsor realises that! This would be exactly what I'd be looking for in advertising. God is in the details.

I cut compound angles using a 'V' cradle that holds the stock on 1 corner. You just set the saw blade to the angle you want and the stock goes thru the blade square to it. It makes it easy to cut multiples to the same length as well, just use a stop block when you make your 2nd cut on all the pieces.

Even though we can make all four feet of a stool planar, that doesn't mean that the floors on which they sit are planar. Rigid floors, whether wood or concrete can be undulating (to small amplitudes, of course) which makes our 4-legged stool still feel like it's wobbly. This won't be a problem for many four-legged stools because they will "give" a little bit and conform to the floor. But if your stool is so rigid that it doesn't conform to the floor, you can help it out by applying rubber-like pads to the underside of the feet, and that will give your 4-legged stool the "give" that it needs.
