In this upcycled clothing sewing tutorial, I joined a top to a skirt to make a dress. I attached this cute spotted top with a gorgeous collar to an old skirt using an elastic waist. I bought the top for $3.00 (Australian dollars) from my local thrift store for $3.00. The skirt was given to me.
