The tails in the isolator also need to be tightened to a specific torque. I use the Armeg torque screwdriver as it comes with the hex bit that fit the screws in that isolator.

👀 where is the torque setting on them, I for 1 have never done that then 😬

@@JRCElectrical It’s essentially a mains switch so it must have a torque setting somewhere.

@@alvina69 I fully agree just never thought about it before as I no the fitters don’t torque it up so never gave it a thought

@@JRCElectrical It’s on their website, it probably came with literature in the box. It’s 2.5 Nm.

Are the cables against metal thats been cut out . Bottom of backing board / standoff ?
