I love, love that you used items we probably have in our craft room to create the shapes for the earrings. I have loads of shrink plastic (in different colors and printable) and earrings are the only jewelry I wear. Fantastic earrings.

Love these so much, I have a question can you use Versafine clair to stamp with instead of Archival ink? Also can you use a quickie glue pen for foiling or does it have to be the Zig two way glue pen? Thank you xx

Hi Lovely - Thank you for these questions. Versafine Clair ink is oil based and so on shrink plastic just sits on the surface and doesn't dry. It will smudge even when shrunk. I only use Archival ink as this dries and is smudge proof. I wouldn't use quickie glue as it's so thin it's less likely to adhere to the plastic surface. Stick with the Zig 2 way glue - it works well. Hope this helps. 😊Emma-Jo from Lavinia Stamps🧚‍♀️

Love these earrings Emma Jo! I have tried the Stickles but have had a problem with them forming a pocket in the shrink plastic that won’t flatten. I’m sure it’s user error and hope you can tell me what it is. FYI-did the swans and it turned out beautifully.

Brilliant news! So pleased you tried the swans. Ahhha...Stickles ...they will take longer to flatten. When I can they aren't flattening I will flip the item over and dry the back, focussing the heat over the Stickles pocket.Hope this helps Lovely. 😊Emma-Jo from Lavinia Stamps 🧚‍♂️
