I really enjoy a variety of games but generally lean towards games with a unique and engaging story (Bioshock, The Witcher, Cyberpunk 2077, The Last of Us etc), strategy/roguelike games (XCOM 2 War of the Chosen, Darkest Dungeon, etc), and RPGs (Dark Souls, Elden Ring, Dragon Age, etc). Yep just got him and he is awesome at keeping people alive, might be better than crystal guy. It lovely to trick a boss into attacking a decoy each round.

@@brendenhawley2225i use them together by having facet shield shard the decoy or Hyde in his Titan mode.

@@jayhartRIC I do not think the shielded decoy actually charges, and Hyde got enough health. Still there is some serious tanking power on the table here.

This mission was a fun one. I took Mercurial instead of Kinetic, but otherwise, same team. Arguably the hardest part was setting up the ledge KOs, since the spiderbots only have 1 HP, meaning any knockback that includes damage will technically kill them before they fall off the ledge, so you're mainly going to want to focus on the androids for the ledge KOs. Also, outside of the initial wave of enemies Primax enters with, there's only the single wave of reinforcements you saw; it's not like the previous mission with enemies constantly raining from the sky. So once you've cleared the map of other enemies (Weathervane's Ultimate makes nuking all the spiderbots trivial), you're free to basically run around smashing the rest of the tech while playing keep away from Primax. Between Mercurial's speed, Rebound's teleports, Weathervane's Leap (if you have it), and Hyde's ability to refresh his movement points when shifting in and out of his Nano-Titan, it can be nearly impossible for Primax to pin you down on an otherwise empty map.

The way you showed the level progression makes me wonder if there'll be enough XP for everybody to reach high enough. I guess it could be part of the game's strategy to plan how far to take each character, that'd be cool. Great series, Odd, thaks for your work as always!!!! 😁

when you replay/simulate a level you earn XP even if you've collected all of the SP. The amount of XP you have is solely dependent on how willing you are to grind out levels

I just realized Hyde is probably really strong with Kinetic since he only needs three charges to get his ultimate. He could get his ultimate every turn if you play it right.

Think here facet and mercurial plus weathervane would have been the best choice because of the walls the 2 create

Feels like you are getting a little gun shy. This isn't that hard a mission as long as you keep aware of both Primax and the missile droids aoe. Work your way up then work back. The only difficult side mission is getting enough ledge kills I found. Still any mission you walk away from. You used Hyde wrong. He can do a full move then activate to get another full move and actions. He is incredibly powerful and a great tank/rearguard for this mission.

You took a quicksave after hitting your primary targets - just to choose to run as first option without even trying to hit the optional ones. Is there any XP loss for trying too often or what? Man, I really love your content, but this was a bit... ...suboptimal.

Nope, their no cost, I managed to get all but no ko one, kinetic and Hyde did great here, but I kind of feel like I needed another mass chaos guy here,
