The Horizontal sieving machine is very easy to construct and can be operated easily. It is very economic among this kind of machines. This project is fabricated with the help of parts like a drill, metal parts, angle grinder shaft and shaft holder with bearing, sieving mesh, metal sheet and nut bolts.

Get the right material it would be good for reclaiming sand blasting material, just have to run a magnet over it after. To remove any metal, then reuse the sand. awesome build. Thanks for sharing the process.

Great job. Excellent, especially since you didn't have to do any welding, as I have seen in other videos. Now, how much would something like that cost to the send it to the United States? I ask because I do not have any of those fancy tools, nor am I that crafty.

you could put a variable voltage controller to the drill so it doesnt have to run 'full tilt' - (full speed not always needed and is very noisy!

you could have put the 'over-run' (larger material run off) trough up a little higher so all the material has a little more time to sift, - the downside is you get left with stuff stuck on the screen but at least u know all of it has had time to sift before going off the screen .

did you really need to make 2 ringed tops and bolt them all around ? not sure what the purpose of a double ring was ... seems un-necessary .. waste of time and materials .. pretty sure 1 ring would have done the job ... maybe you were making this very durable to last long time and showing off your metal curving abilities ....
