i made one as a class project in high school not too long ago. made it on onshape, and cut the pieces out of a thin balsa wood board with a laser cutter my teacher has

Don't let the propeller spin and it will fly better. The spinning propeller creates more drag.

That's great! Maybe try to put a small rubber motor balsa stick, and you have a tiny nocal flier made of foam. 🙂

12 volts are sufficient enough for this purpose. CPU power supply is best one
