I think the hardest part of RS is the consistency and knowing which route to take to keep it fun. Burnout is really tough to overcome and it ruins your consistency, Especially for new players the amount of things to do can be overwhelming. Your video format is one of the clearest and most concise I've ever seen from an RS content creator, you not having more subs is a crime.

the first time i played (well excluding when i was a kid) i burnt out and really the difference between now and then for me (playing way more actively for much longer and doing the things i dont rlly like to set myself up for success down the line) and the 3 biggest things for me are 1. dont force myself to do the meta method for everything. I try to get as close as i can to meta rates without losing my sanity. 2. i dont set insane goals like 99 in whatever skill. The longest goals I set take a month at most and theyre made up of smaller weekly goals that i can cut into daily and even hourly goals. focusing on the big picture will ruin the game imo. 3. i switch it up. no point in grinding agility for 8 hrs straight to hit my goal if i hate it. much better to do 2 hr chunks and then go after a different short term goal until i feel ready to switch back.

This is a very practical extension from the previous video, which btw was very helpful for me to understand a more gradual degree of progression. My main has always been a uim, and I'm just now getting into mainscape with a 13 def pure which has been a blast to do content with more freedom.

If you enjoy 13 Def look into 30 as you would have access to rune gloves, inquisittor, masori, and 3rd age mage, which are very viable sets and will help tremendously with pvming 😁😁

Doing frequent farm/birdhouse runs also helped me out. Plus realising that the BiS items are only marginal better for their cost. You'll be fine with karils/god dhide, ahrims and a fighter torso for example to enjoy your gameplay.

I agree 100 percent, the bis gear is only about 15-20 percent better unless bowfa and full crystal and twisted bow which is op for bosses. You can use torag legs, fighter torso, whip niez helm and dragon defender, along with combat bracelet, glory amulet and dragon boots, and a god cape.

The tier video really helped me get back into the game from burnout. It was the eternal mid game that really broke me with over 850vork kills with nothing to show for it. I’d probably say zulrah is more difficult than vork for me. Thanks for the great content, extremely helpful with how you break down the viability of each activity for each tier. Keep it up!

Rush 85 farming (it’s pretty cheap) Farm the Torstols until 99 (I made like 300m during that span) and then switch back over to snapdragons when you’ve got the cape. Torstol seeds are typically covered by two Torstols, and when I farmed them it was hovering around 8-10% overhead, 90% minimum profit. I may have a 3b bank nowadays, but I still farm herbs. It’s just too free

Honestly, putting crushing nests as a beginner money maker is dumb. You need like 10m+ cash stack to make this worthwhile and beginners dont have that. Issue is that with small cash stacks you spend more time buying the item and actually crushing it. You can make 200gp per crush if you wait and 90gp if you do insta sell so difference is significant. Also you say that you can get 10k and start doing them but with every crush you make like 1-2% ROI so would need to make 50-100 times the inventory of 1 nest just to start doing two. Another 50-100 to start making 4. So 450-900 cycles of buy/crush/sell to reach cash stack of ~3m and being able to make 19 inventories per one cycle at which point this starts to be doable.

I was doing artio at tier 1 with a divine mage pot so i could ice blitz. Was really good money and set me up for being able to chin, barrage and buyable skills. Going to be going back when i get the wildy hard done, shouldnt be long until i can boost for the slayer level now. Scurrius has been a god send for grinding the early combat levels.

Brilliant content areas not fully explored by other youtubers and not too overproduced. I like the background chill low fi music as it works really well, don't change that. Keep going as the guides are very helpful. Make sure you keep beginner level 1 to PvM God 7 framework to make references cross videos easier to each person observing your videos either new or those who have seen previous one. On the birdnest point. Definitely check the market for which commodity is currently in higher demand. Unicorn horns last I checked for example game around 70%return while bird nests gave way less depending on how many people are doing the trick. Horns are also cheaper to buy

Very good guide! 1 thing that i am missing in this guide is to asap start farming herbs. A lot of people are sleeping on how profitable herb runs are. Especially if you keep doeing them and get that farming level up a bit. I am legit making around 1-2.5m daily just doeing farm runs. You can do them in between slayer tasks or bossing trips. Even if you only do 2 a day one if you start playing one before you get off it will stil be a good passive income. It increased the speed in which i could do upgrades/buy skill like construction by a lot.

One money-making method I really enjoyed and which helped me out greatly to get some better equipment was killing shades in the shade catacombs. Fiyr remains are worth about 5k at the moment and they are relatively easy to kill. If you've got a gold coffin, you can fill it up with 28 remains, as well as your inventory, usually netting you around 150k - 200k per trip, which should take 15 to 20 mins total, if you've got a quick way to get there (I've used a barrows portal in my PoH). It's also a great way to train your combat stats. If Fiyr remains are hitting too hard, you can also go for the easier shades which are still netting you 2k to 3k each.

Yeah I think the best money maker is finding a grind you enjoy to make gp in the long run. I have a friend who grinds for pets and in that process he makes good gp. Nice video on the suggestions. may aswell put my rsn BIS Maul
