Hi mama... you can use your blender or food processor to peel the beans, it gets done in a minute. So as to save you the stress of peeling with hand.

@@abiodunobamwonyi5409No dear,you pour the beans and make sure the water is above the beans level,use the pulse button on the blender,press it like 3X,it would peel the beans,then you sieve

Hello sis , nice one .. next time trying putting the moi moi inside an already boiling water you’d see the difference, don’t add crayfish too you will like it .. Weldone sis .. I usually use cooked eggs , would try some of your ingredients even though I think is too many 😂😂 welldone joor ❤

You do not need to soak the beans overnight, once you wash it, in the next 5 mins you can use your food processor to remove the skin( it’s a skill you need to learn). You do not need to use Nylon as it causes cancer, you can use foil if you do not have small stainless steel bowls or leaves.

Hi looks nice but your priority should me health and safety. Don't use plastic for cooking and also blowing into the blastic bag is unhygienic .
