Some can help speed up the process and some can make the results of the subliminal you have listened to stronger. Please make sure to take breaks when listening to subliminals too. One thing I do is after listening to a subliminal and layering them (the same ones) I wait till I get my results before listening to others. Then I will use a "cleanser" to clear blockages in your brain after listening to subs! While studying I also listen to subs but the rain/calm version of them. But I'm not sure what you mean by "calm down" do you mean not focus on your results? Lmk!! If you want me to make a specific sub I can 💗

Time to update! I know I'm late, I work night shifts, so I'm sleep all morning. Anyways!- So far I had one of those fake prank cockroaches and I told him to take care of the cockroach while I was working.
