Make Ice Cream Cake With Cookie Crunchies

Farideh makes homemade vanilla and chocolate ice cream, as well as whipped cream, cookie crunchies and dark chocolate ganache to top off this frozen treat.

awesome! I would put ganache in with the middle layer of crumbles. You can’t just half ass diabetes. Go all in!! Lol. Looks so good. Gotta get me an ice cream mixer attachment for my kitchenaid

This isn't ice cream cake, there's no baked cake batter at all. This is literally two different ice cream flavors stacked on top of eachother with whip cream. What a joke.
