It's been a little over a year now since I brought my New 2019 Harley-Davidson Street Glide home. It's been a great experience owning the bike and making videos to document the build. I am grateful for the viewers and subscribers for following along on the journey. It's been an awesome experience, sharing my passion for riding with the viewers. There are more videos coming soon, of installs, rides, and hanging out with the family. We appreciate the support and encouragement. Here is an update as of May 2020 on everything that has been done to my 2019 Harley-Davidson Street Glide since the day I bought it. The stock rear suspension is 2" of travel. Adding an inch would make it 3" like the Ultra or Road King. Ohlins would be a superior shock too. Still, 3" isn't much, especially if the road gets rough. It's the one complaint I read in reviews of the HD touring bikes like the street and road glides.

So, like I said on your handlebar video, I ordered the bars, mirror relocation kit, grips, and wire extensions. I got 10s because like you, I didn't want to be over the fairing. At the last minute, I changed to the 12s. I'll keep you posted, but I'm freaking out about it. I was so on the fence either way. I have 14s on my Cross Bones and I love them. But this is a different animal. Man, your bike looks so good! I love the shape of the SG already and yours look clean. I'd been wanting one for the past 6 years. We're blessed to have a life that allows us to do what we want. At the end of every video you say, "have a blessed day." Well, I do, and thank you for your time. I know filming is a lot of work.

Awesome what you've done with your bike so far. The oil fan cooler and Olins are somethings I am going to look into. I bought a 2019 SG Special last Oct and done a few mods on it to make a much better ride for me. It is Billiard Blue with the 114" KST 12" mayhem bars and drop down mirrors (Love them)4.5 " Vance and Hines Titans slip ons ext brake pedal (Best Mod)floor board ext to move out the boards 3/4" 7" windshield On deck are a seat, highway pegs, shocks and floorboards for wifeKeep riding- life is short! Enjoy

Sounds like wheels are coming soon. I hope they don’t ruin the ride. I’m not a fan of the big wheels. Takes too much away from the way the bike performs but, you have a great eye so I’m clinging to the edge of my seat. 😋👍

I did go with KST , super easy installation, looks perfect too! I want to do some performance upgrades next, rode 400 miles with friends last weekend and they were gigging me because my bike is still stock. Time to wake this beast up!

One thing its missing, if u like the stock windshield get a Klockworks 3.5 inch shield. Really does work but still low, seems like the faster you go the higher it shoots the air up.

Thanks for showing your upgrades. On a couple of the upgrades you move the camera so fast that it really wasn’t at a good angle to see them. Next time can you slow it down just a little bit? Thanks again

What type of polish do you use to keep that beautiful shine? I have a 2019 Street Glide as well. Mines Midnight Blue. When I bought mine the dealership didn't ring a bell or anything they just told me to come back in a thousand miles for my break in service.

I have the Midnight Blue 2019 also! I bought mine in January of '19 and the dealership was closing...so I got to ring the bell but the only people that heard it was the parts guy, the finance guy and the sales...guy. lol! In my opinion Midnight Blue is THE color to have!!

Tall, is your docking kit an HD docking kit or an aftermarket kit? I have seen some online via Amazon much cheaper than the HD product. However, I do not want to exchange price for quality..

REGGIE Q BROWN >> you will be ok Reggie. I am also 5’6 173LBS and have a 2020 Street Glide. Lowered the rear shocks from 13in to 12in and bought riding boots with a nice heel to add height.....No problems. Got used to everything in week of riding.

Yes they where slip-ons, the D&D exhaust is Slip-ons and Head pipe.

Traveling Tall So are you upgrading the breaks and rotors or raising the suspension? I’m 6-2 in height and I’m running Ohlins 14.25 inches rear shocks and my forks are 2 inches over stock with Ohlins 30mm cartridge kit. I love the added ground clearance
