It's a shame but too many "printing companies" only have laser printing... Letter press men are becoming an extinct species.

I am the opposite. After operating digital equipment for a long time, he switched to letterpress printing. It is rare in Korea, so I think it can be improved.

Nice to meet you. Most of my equipment is from 100 years ago. Most of the big ones were restored by me, and the smaller tabletops were restored and brought from the USA. Thank you very much.

hello, excellent card, a piece of art.. is the letterpress machine a desktop version ..?? what do u call this small machine otherwise..?? also which card paper did you used, where the texture can be felt.

Nice to meet you. A small piece of equipment called a tabletop is a Hohner6.5x10 German piece. It is a clone version of US pilot equipment. And the paper used here is cushion paper. Japanese paper.

Nice to meet you. There is no other machine vendor. It was difficult to purchase from a place that closed the studio in the United States through a Google search. The machines are usually machines that were produced 100 years ago and are not produced now. There is no new equipment.

The paper used here is called Gmund Cotton Max White. It is 100% cotton paper. It is the paper with the best printability among letterpress papers. The country of manufacture is Germany.

What is the thickness of the backing board on which plate is fixed?

The board to which the board is attached was calculated in the form of board height + board height = roller rail and made a similar value. Each device is slightly different. There are no exact standards. However, considering the standard height of type, it is almost correct when calculating it as 23.25mm.

I mainly print with an emphasis on depth. In the case of the resin plate, I think the height of the relief is a little low for the sense of depth. Of course, there are resin plates that can give you a lot of depth, but it is difficult to obtain in Korea. But the printing is good. I mainly use zinc plate a lot. It is well expressed on detailed and thin prints.

Nice to meet you. Chandler&price 10x15 and hohner6.5x10 equipment. Chandler&price is an American equipment, and the hohner equipment is made in Germany with slight modifications to the American equipment drawings. If you want to buy a machine, I think it would be good to find out in the US through a search😄😄
