I’ve been on them for two weeks now and I’m very impressed. Better front grip than a DHF, faster rolling rear than a DHRII and more cornering grip

What kind of bike is nathan riding? Santa Cruz? The shock looks much lower from that angle, but it could be the gopro fishlens responsible... looks really clean and nice

It's nice to have other women to ride with, as opposed to being the only girl in a group of guys. Not saying it's not fun riding with guys, but riding with women is different, and sometimes that difference helps encourage more women to come riding. Sometimes they think they'll hold people back or be uncomfortable with a group of guys, whereas with a group of other women, it can be a real confidence boost.
