It is not illegal to.make cultured diamonds. And if you ever read into it, diamonds are not rare by any means, they are actually very common in alot of places. The diamond market simply says that they are rare so every one will freak out about them being prciouse. Diamond mines litterally burn millions of diamonds a year to create the fake shortage.

I got my diamonds too! My method was abit different. I went to my local shopping centre, got some chalk and drew a circle 1metre in diameter. Than all I needed to do was stand right in the middle, pull down my pants, and reach for the stars. After about 15 minutes it started to rain diamonds.

Heat up a piece of black coal, very hot but not red hot, and then dip it into a jar of peanut butter with some tongs making sure you get peanut butter all over it, and then pull it out and bury it in a bowl of ice and stick it in the freezer for 24 hours. When you wash off the peanut butter after 24 hours, the coal will have a very thin soft outter layer of "crud" that you can also scrape off with your fingernails or am abrasive dish scrubber, and underneath that crud will be a perfectly clear diamond-like crystal.

What's funny is that diamonds aren't really as expensive as people say they are... diamonds are one of the most common gems in the world and in my opinion less butiful than sapphire, rubys, emeralds etc. Many mining company's wanted a way to make more money than what they where getting because at a certain point in time diamonds where dirt cheap. They started convincing people that the only way that you can show somebody your love is to get a gold, silver or platinum ring (there are many other metals that you could use but those where the common) and to put a diamond in it... as more and more people started falling for that the more and more diamonds started costing

All you have to do is go to the mall where they sell nice gold and diamond rings and pick one that's sorta plain looking then go to a store that seels cheap fake rings and buy one that looks like the real one you picked out.....take it with you back to the mall and pretend you want to buy the nice ring and ask to lool at it...try it on....then simply hand the attendent the fake ring back and say you will think it over and leave with the real one safe in your pocket. So easy a child can do it. I have pulled this off several times already. Pick a place with a young looking attendent and just ask a lot of questions. Before you make the switch point to another ring and ask about it...when you hand back the fake he will be paying attention to the next one you were pointing to and asking to see. As soon as he places the fake back in the case pull your phone out and say...just a minute and walk away with the phone to your ear! Lol! Good luck if you remain calm its easy as pie : )

***** Well, it's not really artificial. The processes involved in doing it is the same, just in a shorter time, what would take millions of years in the natural way, takes one month, under the same conditions, and the end result is a material way stronger than natural diamonds. So science once again beats the natural world.

No this is not possible. First of all the machines to pressurize carbon are extremely expensive so expensive the diamonds wouldn't pay for it. You wouldn't even break even. acutely you can make diamond with anything carbon based, it won't be economically viable in any way, but if you compress the carbon in the peanut butter hard enough it will form diamond

I don't know if it's real or not, but I just watched a youtube video where a kid said he made diamonds with peanut butter, by putting a rock of charcoal in the microwave for 30 seconds, then smoothing peanut butter all over it, then putting it in a bowl, covering it with ice, and leaving it in the freezer overnight. Next day, he pulls the bowl of ice and peanut butter out of the freezer, and shows what looks to be crystals in place of the peanut butter. I have not tried this. What do you think?

Pressure isn't the only way to alter materials, the size that something is cut down to as well as just observing or not observing an object will change it's properties and the way it acts. They've found that gold can also be made any color of the spectrum by just cutting it down to nm in size. It may not seem like it but there are numerous applications for such things.

This is really cool, I got my peanut butter and spread it out on a table. I then began to stare at the peanut butter and yelled vulgar words at it for about 46 minutes, I then went to my shed and grabbed my hammer, and started beating the peanut butter. After about 10 minutes of destroying my coffee table I went to use the restroom. I came back out and my peanut butter just became a sandwich and I ate it. Then I shit diamonds.
