Beautiful! I love that you used the lighter so the ends don't fray. I saw a military guy use that before a uniform inspection and I've done it ever since! Such a great tip.

It is interesting to see how such a (phenomenally) easy thing like a bow can be made! Never thought of stitching the middle, also i think it would look great with gold thread so you can skip the last part of gluing some fabric over the stitched thread! It is also so interesting how many different kinds of bows there are, judging from the recommended videos! Wow I think we should thank Victorian ladies for that :)

Love this! I was looking for tutorials on bow making b/c i want to make white and silver velvet & satin bows for my Christmas tree this year. I cant find any pre-made ones. +Angela C It's tutorial and supposed to be slower. But it's easy, just 1-2-3. Wrap 24" ribbon around your hand, sew the middle, glue small piece of ribbon to hide the thread. Just cut the edges as you like. Easy. Thank you!

Well I realise it's a tutorial and therefore slower of course, but still too long for me with all my gift wrapping for Christmas, probably 5 or 6 dozen gifts to wrap :( However, I have kept a link to it to use for birthdays when I only have one or two things to wrap as they look so nice. x
