Chicken - 500g
Curry - 20g
Red bell pepper - 1 medium size
Green Bell pepper - 2 medium big sizes
Yellow Bell pepper - 1 medium size
Scotch bonnet pepper (rodo) - 1
Cayenne pepper (Sombo) - 5 medium sizes
Carrots - 150g
Green beans - 30g
Onion - 3 medium sizes
Irish potato - 3 medium
Chicken seasoning -
Dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon
Thyme - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 4 small cloves
Salt to taste
Plain Flour - 3 tablespoons
