Ingredients:
50 g raisins (1/4 cup)
add hot water and let it soak for 10 min
2 big apples
separate the raisins from the water
150 g rolled oats ( 1 3/4 cups)
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
6 g baking powder (1/2 tbsp)
20 x 8 cm/ 8 x 3 inches
30 g walnuts (1/4 cup)
bake 35-40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
