I left the fandom 3 years ago, so excuse me if this is a dumb question, but since when was the puppet called Charlotte? Was there some information in the new games about this? Or is it just a fan name?

No, it’s an official information. Charlotte is the daughter of Henry Emily, the original owner of Fredbear’s Family Diner and William Afton’s(aka purple guy) business partner. Charlie was the first victim of William and she possessed the puppet, which was an animatronic created by her father to protect Charlotte. Her name was revealed in the novels, that aren’t canon, but has some connections to the game lore. Since Henry’s daughter possessed the puppet and her name in the novels is Charlie, in the games universe this also happens.

i dont know why but this one makes me cry now..specifically the animation, it just reminds me of when things were simpler, i love it, I dont know where you were in your lifetime when making this but it makes me feel like a young child who worked his ass off on passion projects that never got finished, I hope you're doing well wherever you are now, thank you for making this animation that has just revitalized my will to work on an animation i want to do ^^

No because I remember being 11 and watching this when it first came out. I watched it so many times over, for the music, for the visuals. I wonder what it would look like if you redid it (though I don't know if you post on this account anymore, I'll have to check.) I'd watch it again and again, admiring the characters and wishing I could do something like this! It's incredible work and still holds pretty solid to this day, nice job!
