if you want to make the catnap head with fabric you have to make it exactly the same as the Dogday head only changing the design of the ears since the shape of the head is exactly the same.

Alexa, i will be so happy if u made the templates for this! U would be my absaloute hero! When i saw u do the tape and trace methood for the foam head, i knew my therory of doing tht would work! So keep up the good work and if u can lemme know when u make the templates, cause if done right i think u can do the head wthout foam stuffing! ❤😊

if I don't put the foam inside the head, when you stuff the head with the cushion stuffing, the mouth would also be stuffed and it would come forward so it wouldn't be sunken. That's why I finally decided to keep using a foam base for the head. If you don't want to use hard foam you can also use memory foam. ;-)

polyethylene foam, it is the typical foam that is put inside the packages to protect the objects in the transport in fact I have used some pieces that I had at home but you can use polystyrene or any soft or memory foam that you want.
