Today I'm showing you how to make your own ice cream at home!
⚜️This video has been seen on Majestica's Patreon before, but now it's time to let everyone take part of this glorious dessert.
The recipe comes from my mother, so she's the one to thank for this glorious and epic dessert!

So many talents. Guitar, keyboard, vocals, 2 bands, solo projects, designed his own guitar, does all the editing, everything for his solo music and makes his own ice cream oh should mention that he's gorgeous. Should be illegal to have all that squeezed into 1 man.

I knew there was a reason he is my favorite member of Sabaton. As someone in Florida, ice cream is always a must in the summer. And orange dreamsicle is the best.

Something new to try and thank you as it's certainly ice cream weather. I cannot think of a single thing you couldn't do if you put your mind to it as your talent seems limitless. As for the twinkle in the eyes and smile - always a joy to see.

As a professional chef I approve of this. Been there, have done, will do in the future :) Just a few very important notes regarding packaging, storage and handling homemade ice cream: 1. Disinfect your gear (bowls, spatula, mixing heads, everything that directly touches your 'batter') by dipping/splashing with boiling hot water. Remember, you are dealing with raw eggs, cream and so on. 2. Avoid touching the 'batter' with bare hands. Same for the frozen product. 3. Always store with a lid!! 4. For the love of god, never refreeze a molten ice cream. (5. Tip: Check your freezer temp. It should be around -17° to -19°C, but that is ususally the standard configuration) I am serious about this. I have witnessed somebody get food poisoned by gone homemade ice cream. You can kill someone. I love this community, so I try to preemptively inform you :)

@@derkerlmann67 Indeed! It is not foolproof tho. All the above is to be done when fabricating actual ice cream with tempered egg. Tempering is also quite the intermediate task :)

This is great! Another ice-cream tip: - 5 dl (500 ml) Whipped cream (yes, whip it) - 1 Can Condensed milk - A flavor like melted chocolate, orange juice etc. Put in fridge 5-6 hours. Most delicious ice-cream I've tried 😁

If I haven't mentioned it my son builds beautiful custom guitars!! Proud Metal Mom here! 🤘🏽 That's why I love that you play Charvel guitars, Wayne was a big influence on Evan, we had a guitar exhibit at our museum and Evan took one of the guitars he had built Wayne was very impressed especially because it was Evan's first guitar he had built and it was perfect. Tommy, thanks so much for putting this on here so us non-patreons can view it too! (I'll be sure to put an order in on the Majestica site or at the concert when stuff gets re-stocked :-)). Icecream is easier to make than I thought, only problem (or maybe not - for the diet XD) is that we usually do not have so much cream in house). The best ice cream is still in Italy, but you have already discovered that probably. They even have big take-away containers there for in the Italians personal freezers.

Sounds like a great recipe - thanks to you and your mom for it! (Heh, and nice flavor choices. I remember when you posted this, we actually had coconut fudge swirl and salted caramel ice cream in our freezer...had to laugh - you apparently have as good of taste in ice cream as you have in music!)

A video how to make ice cream from a man who comes from the north of Sweden. Where we have snow in what it feels like 10 months a year, is a bit... funny😄 Another grate tipp now during BBQ session. Take a whole chicken put it on the grill and open a 33cl beer, turn it upside down and push it in about halfway. The beer will start to boil and the fumes will smoke through the chicken and give it a really tender and nice taste. The alcohol will evaporate completely so it's perfectly for a family dinner. 😃

How is it funny? Ice cream is simply good. XD It's funny for people from 'the south' to see northern people running for ice cream and jumping into ice cold lakes or fjords when the sun gets out just a little (when we still think it's too cold).. XD

@@millamet I know Im just joking with Tommy XD Ice cream is good all all year round! And swim in ice water in a frozen lake you have sawn up with a chainsaw. And then into a sauna. Is an experience everyone should try! And to topp it of drinking en beer😃🍻
