Are the herbs pure herbs? You mentioned it was mixed with some kind of gum?

Can you do this with Lucky Mojo's incense packs? I have a whole bunch of Van Van incense packs, tried make a cone out of them but they just fall apart.

Seems simple enough. I have essential oils, trying to figure out how I can make cones, if I can make cones or incense sticks with them. Maybe just plain flour? IDK, I might try that, it’s all I can think of at the moment that will make a doughy mix. Not sure if it will burn though. Anyone have thoughts?

I don't know how much it costs for one of those incense making kits, but I can get almost a 50 pound bundle of pre-compacted supreme quality incense any time I want, and as much as I want, for about $8 a bundle. All I have to do is go to my local firewood dealer and load up some apple, mesquite, hickory, pecan, cherry, almond, or oak, and burn it in my wood stove. Heats up the house really well, and makes it smell great too. No grinding, powdering, mixing, compacting, extruding or drying involved. It comes already prepared in 20 inch long sections about 6-8 inches in diameter. Real convenient. The only thing is my firewood dealer is a little short on sandalwood, right now. The big wildfire last year burned up most everything he had.

The syringe is unnecessary. The most effective way I've ever seen anyone add water to an herb blend for incense, was with a spray bottle. That's worked for me for years.
