Making a regency petticoat doesn't have to be hard. And sewing insertion for the first time went really well. Here I take you through the process (with illustrations!) of how I made it.

I like the strap style of Regency petticoat over the bodice style as I personally don't like the heat of extra fabric across my chest. I never thought to add a insert lace...great design decision.
