I am in 10 and my blatant science teacher did not taught us this experiment thankyou sir because of you I am able to practise this experiment

Sir where can I find concave lens image formation
@MakeMeScientific2 ай бұрын
Not possible in practice because virtual images formed by concave lens can't be obtained on screen

For real images (concave mirror), all reflecting rays are meeting at the front of the mirror. Then how image of the object is visible at the back/beyond of the mirror.
@MakeMeScientific11 ай бұрын
it's a common misconception that the actual image formed by a concave mirror is located in front of the mirror. In reality, the image formed by a concave mirror can be located in front of, behind, or even partially inside the mirror, depending on the position of the object relative to the mirror's focal point. When dealing with concave mirrors, there are two main types of images: Real Image: This is formed when the object is placed beyond the focal point of the concave mirror. Real images are formed by the actual convergence of light rays after reflecting off the mirror. These images can be projected onto a screen or surface, and they are always inverted (upside down) relative to the object. Virtual Image: This is formed when the object is placed between the focal point and the mirror. Virtual images are not formed by the convergence of actual light rays; instead, they appear to diverge from a point behind the mirror when extended backward. These images cannot be projected onto a screen and are always erect (not inverted). If you're observing an object's image in a concave mirror, whether real or virtual, you're actually seeing the apparent extension of the light rays that have either converged to form a real image or appear to diverge to form a virtual image. So, the image you're seeing is not physically located "behind" the mirror but is rather a result of how the light rays interact with the mirror's surface. In the case of a real image formed by a concave mirror, the converging rays are focused at a point in front of the mirror. This is why a real image can be projected onto a screen placed at the location where the rays converge. However, the image itself is not "inside" the mirror but is formed by the interaction of light rays.

@@MakeMeScientific sir I have a doubt,When the candle is kept at c then the image is forming a real and inverted and of same size of the object..... So what is happening inside the mirror is we are getting a image of candle inverted in the mirror also.....
