Bro, Same situation happening with online products. Big Sites like Flipkart and Amazon are not providing return option on electronic products like Bluetooth speakers, earphones, chargers etc. Ihad personal experience where I ordered bluetooth speaker with sounded really bad so I went to return it and there's no option for return only reply option so I contected a customer service and they said there is no return policy for this product so we can't return it. Now it's just common thing that if we don't like the product we don't want another same product we want different product so we want refund of it and they don't allow that. Worst Experience

I lost 45k in MakeMyTrip I have booked a manali trip for 2 people with flights includes. Flight was cancelled by indigo because bad weather. I asked MMT for the refund, they said only flight refund they will give. The total refund from indigo for 2 flight is 30k. MMT has given only 15k. They blocked the number from customer care and they closed the case.
